Early Bird
You wake up wrapped in your sleeping bag and trapped in the domains of a witch obsessed with explosions. She could be exploding boxes all day, but everyone has to eat. The witch transforms you into a human-sized bird that can't fly that well, and you must escape.
Early Bird is a small game made for the purpouse of entertaining myself doing something creative. I wanted to make it as complete as I could by adding sounds, music, a minimap, cinematics, different endings, etc.
Art made in LibreSprite with a mouse.
Sounds made in Audacity with the microphone of my headphones.

CONTROLS:
K / Space / Click / A (Xbox controller): wind burst (pushes you in the opposite direction where you're facing)
WASD / Arrow keys / Joystick / D-pad: Move / Aim wind burst
P / ESC / Menu (Xbox Controller): Pause game

how do you get up here ? is there something that i picked up that will help? nothing mentioned in the controls description ...
As a big bird you can't fly that well, but you might be able to blow up some boxes nearby to open up another path!
name a key to press to blow up boxes and im on it ! lol
tried everything but nothing works
the wind burst controls seem backwards - ie if you face left it sends you right , if you press down it sends you up ... is this right ?

Yes, that’s intentional! The wind burst pushes you in the opposite direction to where you’re facing, so if you’re facing left, it sends you right, and if you press down, it sends you up.
I’ll update the control description to make that clearer.
